Teas to Help Beat The January Blues
Share
It’s more important than ever to look after our mental and physical wellbeing, especially as we've entered lockdown V3, and have the shorter days and the cold weather. With this in mind, we’ve collected together our favourite herbal teas that help us get through the tougher days.

Ginger
Not only does ginger add a bit of spice to your drink, it stimulates the immune system and is a great natural way of helping to fight any winter bugs.
Peppermint
With digestive properties, peppermint, or indeed any type of mint, is perfectly for soothing an upset stomach or helping digestion, an ideal after dinner drink.
Chamomile
Chamomile is well known for it's calming effects, and is often used to aid sleep. Have a cup of chamomile tea before bed and sink into a soothing sleep.
Lemon Balm
Another natural tea that can be found in the garden, lemon balm helps to lower cholesterol and blood pressure, ideal if things are a little tense.
Echinacea
A traditionally used remedy for the common cold, drinking echinacea tea will help stave off any colds and the winter blues.

As well as having many beneficial health effects and helping to lift our moods, herbal teas are also ideal for keeping warm and cosying up on those cold, dreary days when nothing else will do!
