We want you to feel confident when placing your order with us and be reassured that if for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase or change your mind it is not a problem.
To obtain a refund or exchange simply return the item(s) to us unworn/unused with all tags on/in original packaging within 28 days of receipt. This time period is extended over Christmas with any purchases made from 1st Nov – 24th Dec having until Jan 31st to return. Along with the item(s) please enclose details of your order number, your name and address. If you have any queries please call us on 01726 844833 before sending your item(s) back.
For an exchange the replacement item will be sent out via standard delivery as soon as we receive the original item. Where a refund is required this will be processed onto the card used for the original purchase within 14 days of us receiving the goods back.
Items for refund or exchange will need to be returned at your cost to The Harbour Trading Company, River Street, Mevagissey, Cornwall PL26 6UE. We always recommend sending back via recorded delivery as we cannot be held liable for products that don’t make it back to us.
If you find an item to be damaged or faulty we will happily exchange the product where possible or offer a full refund including postage costs provided you contact us regarding the damage with 14 days of receipt of the goods.
